All our products are made to order and can take up to two weeks to create and produce. If you need a product for a specific date, please let us know.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Ervi, yodel or Fed Ex. Shipping rates are determined on weight, size and carrier rates. Delivery times can be 3-8 Days Monday - Friday.

We strive to produce the best products for our customers. A lot of our tumblers are insulated and can keep drinks hot/cold for over 4 hours.

Regular dishwasher use can cause the insulation to become faulty and the repeated heat from the dishwasher can make your design fade over time.

We would recommend hand washing only.

Yes.

Our heat transfer vinyl is complete safe in the dishwasher. To keep the vinyl from cracking/peeling over time. I would advise to wash on a low tempurture and inside out. We would also recommend not putting a hot iron directly on the vinyl. Use a towel/butcher paper to protect it.
